Group Therapy & Program Flyers
At Little Fox Children's Therapy, we offer group therapy programs that are grounded in the principles of neurodiversity affirming practice to best support child development.
Our groups are led by experienced therapists who are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential and achieve their goals. We maintain a ratio of one therapist to three children to ensure that each child receives individualized attention and support. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques and strategies that are tailored to each child's individual needs and goals.
Our groups are open to children who are preschool, kindergarten and primary school-aged. We believe in the importance of building on each child's strengths, interests, and passions to create a positive, safe and engaging therapy experience, ensuring that every child has lots and lots of FUN!
Playgroup:
Our playgroups are for toddler and kindergarten aged children, where therapists provide modelling and coaching to families on how to best support child development by promoting communication, play and social interaction skills. Our Playgroup also offers a fantastic opportunity for parent and carer connection amongst families with our therapists encouraging and facilitating parent connection.

Little School Starters:
Little School Starters is a group is for children enrolled to commence foundation at a mainstream primary school. This is a strengths-based, neurodiversity affirming group, run by Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists at a ratio of one therapist to three participants. It is designed to support your child with essential school readiness skills.
Schedule: Little School Starters runs each January during school holidays.
Little Steps to Prep:
Little Steps to Prep is a group program for kinder aged children who will be commencing Foundation in the following year. This group is designed to support your child with essential school readiness skills with each session based on a classic children’s story book.
Little Steps to Prep will be run by Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists at a ratio of one therapist to three participants, using a strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming approach.
Schedule: Little Steps to Prep usually runs in terms 3 and 4.
Little Fox Friends Group, Little Fox Friends (Girls) Group & Little Fox Friends (Boys) Group
The Little Fox Friends Groups are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to connect with like-minded peers and practice building and maintaining meaningful friendships.
Schedule: Little Fox Friends group runs termly.
Girls & Boys groups run either or both termly or during school holidays depending on interest.

Interest-Based Groups:
Our interest based groups are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to interact and build social connection and friendship skills with like-minded peers while engaging in activities of interest such as Lego, craft activities and science experiments.
Schedule: Termly, subject to enrollments.
Narrative Language Group:
Our narrative language groups focus on developing language and storytelling skills. These groups help children improve their ability to organize their thoughts, use descriptive language, and understand story structure.
Schedule: Termly, subject to enrollments.
