Funding & Fees

Therapy session - cost is inclusive of the face-to-face time in the session and non-face-to-face time spent on the session (session prep, pack up and progress notes). Therapists will advise what session structure is best suited to your child and their therapy goals.

Travel - the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue states that therapists can charge for travel up to 60 min maximum to and from the location of therapy (home, childcare, kinder, school etc.)

Non Face to Face services – in line with the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue, therapists can claim payment for the following services from the participant’s NDIS funding;

• Intake tasks including initial phone calls, paperwork and reading of reports. 
• Phone calls and emails with the family
• Meetings about the participant that may not involve the participant – eg Meetings at Kindergarten or School.
• Care team meetings
• Consultations with other allied health specialists specific to the participant – this may be face to face or on the phone
• Creation of resources related to the participants goals and therapy plan
• Reports related to assessments, therapy plans and end of plan reports for the NDIS
• Funding applications and reports

Tasks required of the Key Worker – sourcing information, services, consultations, phone calls with other support services related to the participant.).  

Where participants fail to present for therapy services without sufficient notice, (2 clear days prior to the scheduled session), the clinician can bill 100% of the scheduled fee. This will include the travel cost.

Little Fox Children's Therapy will seek payment for supports provided within 14 days of providing the service via direct debit. Services may pause if payments are late. In the event that there is an NDIS unit cost increase during the life of this plan, Little Fox Children's Therapy will apply the new price from the effective date.
